As a luminary in the organic food movement, Helge offers farm tours throughout California for a large variety of guests.

In the past ten years, Helge has been host and tour guide for dozens of Agricultural Ministers, government officials, and other representatives from the United Nations, the U.S. State Department, and from countries including Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, Germany, England, Morocco, Ghana, West Africa, India, China, Russia, Japan, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Poland. In 2005, Helge hosted His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall for a tour of organic farms in Marin County, California.
